Our Care Free Maintenance Plans are available to make sure your web site stays online. You can concentrate on your business and let us worry about your web site.

Our plans feature Bankable hours. Each plan has a set number of time allotted for making changes. Each quarter the unused time is added to the next quarter's time. You can use the time as needed or bank the time and use it later for a larger update.

We spend the allotted amount of time making approved updates to content/text and images. This time is bankable, meaning time not used one quarter is carried over to the following quarter. This allows you to save time for larger changes in the future.

We'll also review your web site once each quarter and provide suggestions for future updates at your request.

Each month we look at your domain name record. We watch for unauthorized changes and expiration dates. When the time comes to renew your domain name, we'll provide any assistance needed.

Each access to a web site is logged in a file on the web server. Any errors are recorded in the error log. This includes images or links that no longer work, contact form problems and a variety of other problems. We monitor the error logs frequently for your web server. We correct any problems found under the time allotted for content/text & image updates.

In addition to the error log checking explained above, each month or quarter (depending on your plan) we manually check your site for broken links and repair them using available banked time for these repairs.

Once each quarter we spend the allotted time making approved improvements to your search engine listings, meta tags and other areas that we feel will improve the traffic to your web site. Since web sites often need more work in this area (search engine optimization) in the beginning and less maintenance, maintenance time can be used here also.

If you move, change phone numbers, hire new personnel or change e-mail addresses, we'll update your web site with the new information for no extra charge.

We'll check your web site periodically to make sure it's up and accessible. If we notice any problems, at your request we will personally contact your hosting provider and report them for you. We'll also follow-up with them until the issues are resolved.

We'll monitor your web site for malicious activity such as unauthorized changes to pages, using contact forms to send spam and other types of abuse. We'll report these to your hosting provider or, if possible, correct the problems.

We'll check your site for dated information. Dated means information that is not valid after a certain time. A good example is the copyright statement in the footer of your site. Minor changes to correct dated content is included at no extra charge in 2 of the plans. If the change is more involved, it is covered under the alloted time for content/text & image updates under all 4 plans.

We test your contact forms and make sure they operate correctly and the message is delivered to the proper e-mail address. If there's any problems or changes to the e-mail address, we'll make the changes. More extensive changes such as changing the information collected are covered under the alloted time for content/text & image updates.
